• We are strongly believing that you have enabled wrong option "TalkBack" in the Accessibility service which is an integral part of the phone used to talk continuously for any events.
• Can you please disable TalkBack accessibility Service under
• Settings -> Accessibility -> TalkBack
• or
• Settings -> Accessibility -> Accessibility
• You should enable only Settings -> Accessibility -> Notification Girl
